Sadly, that's pretty much all we know for now. but at least there's not too long to wait, eh?
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is projected to earn close to $200 million in its debut as it brings to a close the entire Skywalker Saga that began back in 1977 with Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.
According to the posters, there'll also be a special guest appearance from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker director, J.J. Abrams, too.
The Risky Reels screen also featured Wreck It Ralph.
The news was announced via an image on the Fortnite Twitter account, which shows a poster that is appearing in the game now.
It looks like we'll be getting a Fortnite Star Wars event in Fortnite next week. And after two days, here are some things that we've noticed that may help you if you want to experience this new attraction.
You can safely pay a visit to Risky Reels by loading up Fortnite's Creative Mode, which lets you mess around freely on the Battle Royale map. You should spawn in the sky high above that location, and Risky Reels is clearly visible just a short distance to the west. If the Star Wars event is anything like other big-ticket in-game Fortnite events, combat will probably be turned off at the 1:30 p.m. ET start time. Do you like Fortnite?
