Madonna is inviting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to sublet her NY apartment because Canada is "boring".

A clear majority of Canadians feel their country does not have to pay for security for Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, who have settled in British Columbia.

Since retreating from royal life (but not so much the spotlight), it appears as though the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been able to enjoy a relatively quiet existence in their Vermont Island home in Canada with their 9-month-old son Archie.

I'll let them sub-let my apartment in Central Park West.

"Don't run off to Canada, it's so boring there", Madonna said in a video uploaded to her Instagram account.

The couple has been spotted in Canada several times recently.

"Two bedrooms, it's got the best views of Manhattan".

Madonna believes her apartment in NYC is a "winner" and a "deal-breaker" for the couple because of its incredible view of the city and balcony.

Buckingham Palace said in a statement they would no longer receive public funds for royal duties.

Madonna, Page Six reports, has been in a long-running legal dispute with the building's owners over similar issues, losing a 2018 court battle over whether her children can stay at the property when she isn't around. In one of his final engagements before flying to Canada last month, Harry told guests at a charity dinner for Sentebale that the United Kingdom will always be his home and that he and Meghan had hoped to serve the Queen and country.

A third wrote: "I think it's fair".

TV critic Jim Shelley retweeted the post, captioning it "this is Harry's job now" - an amusing reference to the couple's monumental decision to step down as senior royals and "earn a professional income" earlier this year.
