The NBA announced Thursday that Hudson, 38, will perform a tribute to the late basketball star at the game Sunday at United Center in Chicago.

In addition to Jennifer's performance, the NBA also announced that Chaka Khan will perform the national anthem in the game, while Chance The Rapper, Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled and Quavo will perform during the halftime show. For the second consecutive year, fans outside of North America will be able to purchase and watch portions of NBA All-Star events inprogress at reduced prices, including NBA Rising Stars, State Farm All-Star Saturday Night and the 69 NBA All-Star Game.

The final moments of this year's NBA All-Star Game will likely have drama and multiple drives to the basket.

"Presenting the fourth quarter completely free of any commercial breaks creates a unique opportunity to showcase the new All-Star Game format, provide the best fan experience, and align with the league's overarching plans to pay tribute to Kobe Bryant this weekend", said Craig Barry, executive vice president and chief content officer, Turner Sports., part of the AT&T entertainment unit, in a prepared statement. On All-Star Saturday Night, Queen Latifah will team with Chicago youth for a performance of Stevie Wonder's "Love's in Need of Love Today". The famed skills challenge, three-point contest, and slam-dunk contest will follow, with the action expected to begin at eight in the east and five in the west.

Tributes to the National Basketball Association legend, Kobe Bryant, continue to arrive two weeks after his tragic death in a helicopter accident, along with his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna.

In total, the February 14-16 All-Star Weekend, which includes a rising stars event, skills challenge, three-point competition and slam dunk contest, will feature a record 19 global players from 15 countries.
